George and Christine met August 13, 1996 at a music festival at Blossom Music Center, Cleveland, Ohio. While standing in line to get drinks, Christine complimented George on his SuperMan tshirt and smile. After talking over drinks by the bar, George remembered to tell Christine he was actually on a group date for his birthday 8/27. Christine laughed and said "you better get back to your date". No cell phones in 1996 so Christine gave her new college address to George and they went their separate ways.

After a few attempts to get Christine's attention, George took her out for her birthday 2/14/97. After that night, Christine left to study abroad and the two lost touch.

Fast forward to 2000 where they ran into each other in New York City's Times Square. What are the chances!

From that day, with cell phones and social media, they kept in touch for 21 years. George always checked in on Christine. Christine, career focused, welcomed the friendship.

Christine's priorities shifted post covid and finding herself in a crazy chaotic stressful workplace she not only stress booked a 10 day cruise but also messaged George.

They committed to a visit a few months later, the day Christine was returning from her cruise. The second George sat in Christine's car at the Nashville airport, her heart skipped a beat and she knew this was her person all along.

George and Christine spent the next 6 months long distance with a meet up adventure in different cities each month. One trip was to celebrate Christine's 50th birthday in Jamaica, February 2023. George proposed February 13th and she said YES!

May 2023 they moved together to a great house in New Orleans to begin life together!

April 4, 2024 they tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in City Park, New Orleans, LA.

And on August 30th George & Christine bought a house and moved to Cleveland, OH.

The adventures are daily but one is for sure, 2024 was a year for celebrations.
